KADFLX's consulting Engineering support services offers a host of valuable benefits to engineers prior to their application's designs stage. We review the entire situation and environmental conditions of a system/application (such as thermal rises, humidity, vibration, atmospheric conditions, flex cycle & life of the product). KADFLX's engineering team will work closely with you to make your concept a realty. We will do a complete application review to incorporate complete electrical requirements (such as voltage, type of signals, various shielding, impedance and capacity limitations). The correct material will be determined along with verification of form, fit and function of the circuit to your system. Our circuits are designed to deliver minimum stressing and maximum operational life along with state-of-the-art technologies.

From simple single layer flex circuits to complex multi-layer rigid flex designs with buried/blind vias, KADFLX is your source for design, layout and manufacturing of your pcb, on time and on budget. KADFLX will layout your design from simple sketches, drawings, schematic capture, scanning existing artwork or importing your net list.

Complete Design Rule Checks (DRC's) are performed on all in-house and existing designs submitted by our customers. These checks act as a producability check point to insure pad to hole ratios, edge distance, conductor spacing, and many other design rules. The DRC insures that we catch design rule errors very early in the process, instead of on the production line where design errors can be very costly in material and labor cost.
